I met with Stephanie and Yannick yesterday to finally have a chance to do their engagement shoot. They asked to postpone a few times due to strange & changing weather, but when the weather gods finally cooperated, I think we definitely made the wait worthwhile. It was a lot of fun around the National Art Gallery in Ottawa, and I can’t wait for their wedding at Marshes Golf Club in early July!

I made my way down to Brantford, Ontario last weekend to check-out the site of Russ & Amber’s upcoming wedding at Russ’ family’s farm, and also do a set of engagement photos. They had actually already done some engagement photos with Amber’s sister, Heather, who is a wedding photographer herself, but I always feel that it’s a great thing to do before the wedding – so that we can all get comfortable working together. We had a great time on the gorgeous property, getting some cool shots on Russ’ tractor, by the creek (where the ceremony will be held), and in the dense woods across the street, where Russ proposed to Amber.
